A heavy duty restraint tie ( plasic covered chain link) with a quick release panic snap for use in an emergency situation.
This product must firstly be securely anchored at the ""firemans clip"" end before use. The quick release panic snap end is then used to clip onto the horses halter .
This product should never be used as a horse lead or injury could occur.
