Sometimes called a Shadow Roll, the Shadow Blind's purpose is to prevent the horse from seeing the ground directly in front of him, so that he does not see shadows and other nasty sights (real or imaginary), which might cause him to shy and go off gait.

This model is made from pure wool fleece, attached to a noseband made from Zilco synthetic strapping.
