Sometimes called a Shadow Roll, the Shadow Blind's purpose is to prevent the horse from seeing the ground directly in front of him, so that he does not see shadows and other nasty sights (real or imaginary), which might cause him to shy and go off gait.

This economy model is made from synthetic fleece, attached to a nylon webbing noseband and is available in a variety of colours.
